NEW SENIOR SCIENTIST in Food Solutions team

​PhD Outi Mäkinen has joined the Food Solutions team at VTT as senior scientist. Her special area is the stability and structure of liquid and semi-solid food systems. Previously, she has worked with the chemistry and functionality of plant and dairy components during her post doc at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and PhD studies at the University College Cork (Ireland), after obtaining a MSc in Cereal Technology from the University of Helsinki.
