Food and beverage pilot facilities
VTT offers pilot scale process and product development services for the food and beverage industry. Full service environment with a comprehensive set of analytical tools are provided. Facilities include grinding and milling, fractionation (presentation about fractionation), thermo-mechanical processing, drying, malting and brewing and baking.
