About 180 participants from research institutions, food agencies and food industry gathered to discuss the technological and sensory aspects of cereals and cereal products at the 3rd International C&E Spring Meeting 2011, entitled “Texture, Flavour and Taste – Key Consumer Drivers to Healthy and High Quality Cereal Products”.
