Dr Nesli Sozer presented a poster titled "The effect and role of rye fibre addition on structural characteristics of directly expanded cellular solid food foams" in International Food Technologists (IFT) meeting at the Food Engineering Division: Food, Health and Nutrition Posters session. The poster focuses on the effects of particle size reduction and processing on structural and textural properties of rye bran extrudates.
