The Bakery Innovation Conference, organised by Food Ingredients Global, was held on 19–20th February 2014 in Munich, Germany. Approximately 200 participants all around Europe gathered together to hear the latest trends and innovations in baking industry. Consumer trends and insights of the European bakery market, examples of innovative nutritious bakery products, gluten-free baking, and salt, sugar and fat reduction in baking were among the covered subjects.
