LATEST EVENT: The Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) congress

The Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) congress entitled "Plants for human health in the post-genome era" was held in August 26-29, 2007 at Rantapuisto Congress Centre, Helsinki. The congress had over 180 participants and over 30 outstanding speakers from Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and South-Korea. The congress covered several important topics such as health benefits of plants, novel emerging technologies, and plants as factories for production of small molecules and therapeutic proteins.
