EU PROJECT DREAM: annual meeting

The four year project EU DREAM (Design and development of REAlistic food Models with well-characterised micro- and macro-structure and composition) had its 2nd annual meeting in Ljubljana, Slovenia. About 80 participants from 8 work packages gathered together for three days to present the results achieved so far and to discuss about the further experiments.
Participants from VTT were Academy professor Kaisa Poutanen, senior research scientist Kati Katina and research scientist Katri Hartikainen from WP5 (developing high fibre bread with improved texture properties) and research scientist Martina Lille and PhD student Dilek Ercili Cura from WP4 (developing a model for acid-induced milk protein gelation).
