Curriculum VitaeJuhani has expertise in brewing and malting technologies, mostly in industry-driven projects. He is interested in health-promoting cereal-based products. He has graduated from Helsinki University of Technology in 2007. The subject of his Master's Thesis was the microbiological processing of wort for non-alcoholic beverage applications.
