Curriculum Vitae

Hannele has expertise in barley, malt, wort and beer analyses and quality management. She graduated from the department of Chemical Engineering at Helsinki University of Technology in 1981. Since then she has been working in malting and brewing technology related projects financed by malting and brewing industry. Her research topics have included identification of beer haze, barley homogeneity and husk damage. Hannele has also expertise on quality management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO17025).
