Curriculum Vitae

Saara has expertise in nutrition. She is interested in finding new approaches to improve nutrition and thus wellbeing. She has graduated from University of Eastern Finland in 2010 and is registered dietitian. The subject of her Master’s Thesis was ‘Expression of distinct lipase genes in adipose tissue of overweight individuals’. Saara is one of the administrators of the Nutritech website.
