Curriculum Vitae

Emilia has expertise in enzyme and cereal technology. Her research activities focus on the enzymatic modification of plant materials for the fractionation of raw materials and food processing. Emilia has completed D.Sc. (Tech.) on the enzymatic crosslinking of food biopolymers.
