Curriculum Vitae

Annika has expertise in cereal quality and processing, in particular malting barley quality, genetic modification, germination physiology, malting and brewing. Annika is an experienced project manager. She has led several industry-driven contract research projects as well as research projects with public funding. She is also active in the international malting and brewing research community and currently chairs the Malting Barley Genetics and Physiology subgroup of the European Brewery Convention.
