Curriculum Vitae


Laura has expertise in enzyme and oat baking technology. She has over 10 peer-reviewed publications related mostly to wheat or high fibre baking. Laura is preparing her PhD on bioprocessing technologies for improved whole grain oat bread quality. Laura has worked in many industry-driven projects as well as research projects with public funding, and is experienced as project leader.
